After Hurricane Ian caused severe damage to this mobile home in Saint James City, Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling stepped in to restore the property with a complete exterior upgrade to enhance functionality and protection from future storms.

Project Highlights

• Custom Aluminum Carport: We designed and installed a spacious covered carport featuring durable white aluminum beams and an insulated Elite roof. The structure spans approximately 14′ x 52′ with clean 12″ overhangs and seamlessly attaches to the home’s fascia. Equipped with valances, gutters, and downspouts, the metal carport installation was built to meet or exceed all current building codes, ensuring long-lasting performance and compliance.
• Efficient Gutters and Downspouts: To improve water management, we installed white wood-grain roll-form gutters along the left side of the residence, complete with efficient downspouts to protect the home from rainwater damage.
• Accordion Hurricane Shutters: To provide added storm protection and peace of mind, we installed sleek accordion hurricane shutters, blending security with aesthetic appeal.
