Our home renovation project involved a comprehensive makeover of an outdated Florida lanai, turning it into a contemporary, all-season room that the customer loves.
The metal framing of the original room was worn and faded. The existing acrylic inserts were borderline inoperable and the customer had been unhappy with the style of the original acrylic window inserts. We easily rectified this with horizontal sliding windows, which are smoother than single-hung or casement options. We also removed and reframed the entire lanai and fitted the room with a new door.
