Project Features:

Aluminum Carport Installation:

  • Constructed a 12’ x 54’ white, 3-inch structural insulated roof for the metal carport and shed, complete with gutters, downspouts, and a side valance.
  • Installed all-new white aluminum posts and beams to meet code standards, ensuring a stable and long-lasting structure.
  • Flash existing roof to the new carport and sealed all seams to prevent leaks for weather protection.

Shed Construction:

  • Built a new 16’ x 8’ shed with double doors, vinyl siding, and a window for extra storage and utility.

Driveway Pavers:

  • Replaced dated concrete driveway with approximately 67’ x 12’ of custom brick pavers.
  • Created an elegant 13′ x 30′ brick paver entrance area.
  • The homeowner chose the color for a personalized touch and enhanced curb appeal.

Finishing Touches:

  • Completed professional gutter installation with downspouts along one side of the home for proper drainage.
  • Added skirting around the bottom of the steps for a clean and polished look.
